Your Interests Become Speaking Practice

Start with something you want to say. Practise how to say it clearly and naturally.

1. Choose Something Meaningful

Bring a question, a photograph, a favourite song, a training experience or an idea you want to discuss. You do not need to be an expert.

2. Find Your Words

Build useful phrases for describing, explaining, comparing and expressing your opinion. Use language that fits your level and your interests.

3. Practise Your Delivery

Work with sounds, word stress, rhythm, pauses and intonation. Practise short phrases, then use them to express your own ideas.

4. Develop the Conversation

Ask questions, listen and respond. Explain something in another way, add a personal example and explore where the conversation takes you.

Give Your English a Voice

Your voice carries your ideas, feelings and enthusiasm. Pronunciation practice helps you make your meaning clearer: which words matter, where to pause and how your voice shows interest or uncertainty.

We can explore a phrase through speaking, gentle humming, rhythmic chanting or singing, then return to ordinary speech. Music can provide a beat or accompaniment; the spoken version lets you practise the phrase as part of a conversation.

You do not need to be a singer. Choose the activities you enjoy and feel comfortable doing.

Start With a Simple Question

Say a few sentences. Add an example. Let someone ask you more.

What do you enjoy most about your favourite activity?

How did you first become interested in it?

What have you discovered through practising?

What would you like someone else to understand about it?

Can you describe a memorable experience?

What would you like to explore next?

Let’s Talk About What You Love

You bring your interests. I guide you with useful language, pronunciation practice and questions that help you develop your ideas.

Your interest does not have to appear on this page. Tell me what you enjoy and what you would like to express more confidently in English.
