Attack Techniques
- Ai-Hanmi Katate-Tori (Wrist Grab): Uke's left to Torre's left etc.
- Gyako-Hanmi Katate-Tori (Wrist Grab): Similar to Ai-Hanmi Katate-Tori, Uke's left to Torre's right etc.
- Kate-Tori: The opponent grabs the shoulder of the defender's gi (traditional martial arts uniform).
- Mune-Tori: The opponent grabs the lapel or chest area of the defender's gi.
- Shomen-Uchi (Front Strike): A straight strike aimed at the front of the defender's head or body.
- Yokomen-Uchi (Side Strike): A diagonal strike aimed at the side of the defender's head or body.
- Chudan-Tsuki: A thrust or punch aimed at the midsection or abdomen of the defender.
- Ushiro-Katate-Eri-Tori: The opponent grabs the collar of the defender's gi from behind, targeting one side.
- Katate-Ryoto-Tori: Opponent grabs one of the defender's wrists with both hands.
- Ryoto-Tori: Opponent grabs both of the defender's wrists with one hand each.
- Ryotohiji Tori: The opponent grabs both of the defender's elbows.
- Ryotkata-Tori (Both Hands Grab): The opponent grabs both of the defender's shoulders with their hands.
- Ushiro-Ryote-Tori / Ushiro Ryotedori (Rear Double Wrist Grab): The opponent grabs both of the defender's wrists from behind.
- Ushiro-Ryote-Tori /Katadori (Elbow Grab from behind): The opponent grabs one or both of the defender's elbows from behind.
- Ushiro-Ryotaka-Tori: The opponent grabs both of the defender's armpits from behind.
- Ushiro-Katate-Kube-Shime-Katate-Tori (Strangle from behind): The opponent grabs the defender's wrist/arm from behind, and applies pressure to the neck with the other hand. ```
